Funding

A higher skilled workforce may mean that the organisation is able to access more opportunities particularly with strict selection criteria on some tenders and contracts. Staff are more motivated and feel more valued and are able to perform their roles at a higher level. Other benefits may include – increase in productivity levels, decrease in waste, higher staff retention and the promotion of talent.

Financial incentives are available for many qualifications and short courses. These may be government provided incentives to assist with developing priority skill sets for the future development of the Australian working population. Please call and speak to our staff for up to date information.

Incentives are also available for certain sectors such as the Construction Training Fund (CTF). This is available to organisations directly involved in the construction industry. Employees are able to benefit from highly subsidised courses (up to 80% of the course fee) for eligible qualifications and courses. Read more information about the Construction Training Fund.

Eligibility criteria applies to all funding so individuals and organisations are encouraged to speak directly to the funding provider.
