Background and Experience

Kayla has a strong background in administration, coordination and management with 7 years experience in administration, management and team development. Kayla’s background is predominately in business administration, business development and coordination, customer service, and team development.


  • Cape lambert Port B Project – Karratha where she was part of the HSE team that assisted in the construction of the 3 consecutive Car Dumpers for Rio Tinto.  Kayla compiled HSE reports, analysed statistics, reported on client meetings, toolbox meetings, safety rep meetings, conducted site inductions, site refreshers, managed VOC and training matrix for 500 staff.
  • Worsley BHP Expansion Project – Kayla set up the maintenance system for the BHP expansion campsite.
  • Karratha Pluto – set up and rolled out maintenance system for the campsite.
  • Youngest store manager to constantly meet targeted monthly budgets and broke the largest taken amount for the Christmas period with her supporting team at age 17.
